Aww, Eileen and Will would be so cute together! I’m not sure the chances of it actually happening are, but I hope the author gives them a chance to grow their relationship. Even though he’s stone faced and blunt, I still feel Will has quite a bit of depth to his character and isn’t nearly as flat or boring as he sorta seems. Excited to see how things go from here!

He was reading a book about adventurers when she asked him to go play, he'd rather read the book some more. She frames them playing as going on an adventure, he's suddenly interested. This isn't rocket surgery, my dude.

@degenerateafro They did? When? Will seemed to know a fool of a mage interested in necromancy who might be involved, but that's it. That letter by itself is nothing but a possible lead. That's it. However, I do expect the plot of this series to be so simple the count might as well confess or what they will find otherwise, when visiting the count, will be clear evidence. I'd be pleasantly surprised if they found nothing and the count told them the letter is someone trying to frame him.
