Make featured manga auto-scroll timer reset if you move it manually

Trying to browse the featured/new titles lists on the bottom and hitting the arrow only for it to move twice, or for it to move when you're reading the titles of the manga listed, is annoying and only gets in the way. Having it move when not being interacted with makes sense, but if I'm moving it manually I don't see a reason for it to be moving on its own.
