Make Group Leader/Member title clickable to be referred to their group's page and see what series they work on

You know, to find out if they're actually hot shit like they seem?
Really, currently it's a pain to find that info without extensive stalking of a user's forum posts. It's annoying having to manually look up a user on the main site to see their uploads.

People can be in multiple groups, and the roles themselves aren't tied to any specific group that they're a member/leader of. When the frontend/forum are integrated better, it'll be a single click to switch profiles and see the list of their groups on their profile.

I think in the future you’ll be able to get to their MD profile from their forum profile
