@CoolOtamegane
Dunno, maybe a ctrl+f5 will help next time?
Ctrl + f5 did the trick for me when the css become poop in multiple sites

You should take this opportunity to upgrade to Win10 while you are at it.

@Kaarme What does Windows 10 have to do with it?
I use windows 7 and it never gave me any problems.
Then do you really believe that windows 10 doesn't give any problems?
Just because it's new from even more problems, especially if you want to play obsolete games on your computer for example.

@Ifrittuccia Most likely nothing, but the emphasis on Windows software development is on Win10, so some erratic problem might appear on Win7 without anyone really paying any attention to it. Not a priority anymore. Even MS is ending the support for it soon, leaving it vulnerable.

@Serelanordir Yeah, what @CoolOtamegane said. Contributor is a rank that was initially filled by application, nowadays you might get it if you make enough actionable title information reports that the mods just figure you know what you're doing and it's faster to just let you do it directly. Everyone above Contributor also gets the same permissions.

Regular Members used to be able to make title edits but, pretty much as expected, it eventually lead to enough edit wars and vandalism that it wasn't worth dealing with it.
