Oh, I didn't really read the comments. You and I had more or less the exact same opinion this chapter.

Actually, that was another misdirect. It was making us think she had been playing with herself rather than mario, but it's revealed she was indeed playing mario kart, and her "lewd" sensitivity was because her legs fell asleep.
