He sorta... had a long time away from it adventuring out and about the Demon Realm, though. Nothing says he can't do that same thing again, in the same way.

I mean, it was less him adventuring and more him leaving for a clear goal, while someone worlds stronger was left behind inside the dungeon, but if he were to leave the dungeon permanently to travel or such, he couldn't just leave Lefi behind alone and as it stands right now the dungeon is stationary

"to adventure; to engage in hazardous and exciting activity, especially in unknown territory". One does not need to have a goal to adventure, but neither does one need to not have a goal, either. In fact, most adventures have very specific goals in mind. And again, same sorta thing in the same way- he can always teleport back and forth between where he's off exploring and home whenever he wants. He never needs to permanently leave such that the dungeon is left disregarded.
Not sure if there is a point to answering such an old question, but if it's there I might as well. The manga skipped him telling Lefi his back story. After he was done, she conforted him (hugged him and told him she'll be there for him) he decided he'd make a grave for his past self, as proof he existed.
lefi has already hinted at being pregnant a few chapters ago, she can no longer use her dragon form. Pretty sure in the novel she had already been confirmed to be pregnant at this point
I'm sorry to say that has not happened in this manga. Lefi is still able to transform into her dragon form...she just NEVER does it. We need about two more arcs before Yuki decides he is mature enough to be a father. Until then, no sexy time other than skinship and baths with his wives.
At this point in the novel, Nell is still a virgin. Layla and him are trying to make a baby, and Yuu and Lefi have given birth. Yuu gave birth first but Lefi got pregnant first. The gestation period for a dragon is about twice as long as a human/demi human. So in the current spot in the story, Yuki is about 5 years old. In the manga, he barely celebrated his forst birthday so it will be QUITE a while before sexy times come. Also, right now, Nell and Yuu are not considered wives, they are fiances. He needs to wait a whole year before he can even touch Luu, and Nell will marry him soon, but because of her hero duties, she doesn't want to get pregnant yet...hence why she is still a virgin so late into the story.

As I understood, the Tombstone is a "Future" that Nell imagine. She's human, she'll live for 50-70 years at most in "medieval times ". So she imagine how MC and Lefi visits her grave in the future. At least this looks logical for me. But considering how greedy MC is (and everyone will be I suppose on his place) he'll try to find something that will prolong the Nells live... The hard part is not to turn into some kind of maniac in the future. No one wants to lose the loved ones

Well the grave stone's existance was spelled out very clearly in the novel. Like I said, just as he was about to talk to Lefi about it, the mangaka skipped the scene...yet he still felt compelled to draw Yuki and Lefi in front of his empty grave. Weird choice.
