My guess is the average citizen isn't going to walk to Nell to check her stats, even if they could. So, to prove her strength, MC is telling her to win in an overwhelming and showy force to make the people understand the strength she has and silence the naysayers.

They first have to be strong enough to see that title, unless it counts as basic information. Most stats require you to be high enough level relative to the person you're viewing the stats of.
