Some authors do that, probably to make the character unique and to make the name stick. Even if we can't pronounce it properly, there'll be recall if we see it on text. Yeah, I don't fully understand the point either. It'll even be harder on publicity if people like the work, but have a hard time discussing the characters.


Back to the story, I'm guessing The Hermit also messed with the memories of the other Heroes, to make the MC the son of a murderer.

I suppose. I follow a lot of titles, so I had to go back and reread. Author didn't explicitly say so until this chapter, why he was treated so badly. But the scene of him peeking through sliding doors suggests his father killed someone, and he saw it. Possibly his mom. idk. Author should reveal the details soon enough.

Humans being the evil race is as tired as The Demons being the evil race. We need a unique third race to start being evil all the time, to freshen things up, until that to becomes dull and cliche - then we can probably just start cycling through the three races.
