I really want to continue in the novel, but the power explanation is a bit confusing.
From what I got, he has his normal power which comes from his stats through trials and then he has 7 transformations correlating with the sins where if he ever desires something in a desperate moment which is the opposite of his tarot he can transform. He was hungry and desperate to keep moving so gluttony tried to activate. He was about to die and was desperate for more power to defend the princess so greed activated. Basically, he has normal level-up trials which gives him basic abilities. Then he can transform into personas with different abilities such as how Greed had no agility but a lot of magic power and spells to take things. idk if this makes sense cause honestly idk if I am even right

Humans being the evil race is as tired as The Demons being the evil race. We need a unique third race to start being evil all the time, to freshen things up, until that to becomes dull and cliche - then we can probably just start cycling through the three races.
Gnomes. Their little pointy red hats and their blue uniforms will never manipulate me

MC with no prior fighting skills
Beats trained knight
nice

Also, is it something of japanese culture where, if a close relative, like a parent, comits a crime, the rest of family is seen as more of the same? Because I've seen a lot of manga with this "He should be gone/dead, since he's the son of a criminal"

Sins of the father.

Also there are studies that show you do inherit traits and personalities from your parents so that's a more scientific approach to it but it's probably just a cultural thing where family and image is important so ruining your image will affect your family and in this case the father being a murderer will effect his children's image.

hanged man as a wild card ? very surprising
usually(only on persona I guess) fool is the wild card since it signified the start of journey or something like that
In a way, you can say that hanged man is a wild card as the tarot represents not only indecision but as well as transition.

He is still a human... Either He help humanity by freeing them from indoctrination or destroy them completely. Heck, it could backfire on demons as well.

His choice matters on the fate of the people in that world.

I feel like there is some things in translation that need to be looked at or at least explained in end notes. But this is okay so far.

It is the byproduct of societies prejudice of guilt by association, and labeling theory.
The idea that the son of a thief must share similar traits to the father and is potentially also a thief. And therefor should be treated with caution.

Where labeling theory suggests ppl have the tendency to become their labels based on incentives. Because if the son is already treated with the social status demerit of a thief then their is less to nothing to lose to actually stealing but the rewards are still just as bountiful.

So the two basically create a negative spiral.

Japan's culture is all about socialism, and centered around honor, and social standing. So this line of thinking doesn't really surprise me.

I feel that it is jumping the gun to say that this is a case of "humans are real evil" since the Demon King said that it was specifically this one crappy empire that borders the Demon territory.

Also, it is fun to see the Hermit didn't do this all for the sake of the empire and is apparently an agent of chaos. (I know nothing about the tarot, so I might be missing something in this regard.)

So what you're saying is that the knife-ears need to start being evil so we can correct them?

Not the first manga with the MC being the outcast and hated by the group
Not the first isekai with that trope
Not the first manga/isekai where MC is kicked out for being "weak" but actually is/grows into being the strongest
Not the first manga with tarots
But it might just be the first that mix everything

Anyway, the hanged man being the wild card huh.....probably to play on the reverse thing, since if the card is flipped upside-dow, rather than an hanging man, there's a standing man....maybe symbolizing that if MC doesn't give up, he'll have the last word on everything?
