Most fascinating premise.

But I dont think asking for marriage at first contact is the best of ideas...

First things first…new genderswap manga, W. Yayyy 🎉🎊. Lookin’ good. For what it is, lol.
Age Gap makes things iffy society-wise and all that though, so I guess we’ll just have to see how it goes since the author chose this route…but surely the author has something planned since they did.

This definitely does give a certain type of dynamic the opportunity to unfurl and stuff though, lol. At the very least, that part makes the age gap better, along with mental ages. To be fr though, I feel like it really isn’t talked about if both characters are mentally mature and have good looks, lol. If that…makes sense. Not tryna start anything so I’ll just leave it at, like…Y’know, stereotypes. Or something. Not gonna dive into that tho. Not the time and place, as a certain professor named after a tree once said.

Love the art-style, looks very cutesy and cool at the same time.

This translating group fr be targeting all the gender bender’s, lol. As far as I’ve seen, anyways. Very nice tho. Good work!!

As long as they don’t delve too far into the “in grade school” thing, I feel like it can just be drowned out and it can just be enjoyed all the same, lol. Maaaaaybe…

Almost died of secondhand embarrassment at the end there. False alarm, folks. Already so many comments—and while fair for a popular manga, I’m still kinda surprised at the turnout.

I dunno what to think anymore after that brain dump, but this does indeed seem like a worthwhile read for now, and I AM a sucker for that different coloured hair part, so…

See y’all in the next chapter…?? ✨.

No but switch the gender of the demon lord and it doesnt make a difference to the story at all. This manga is just yuri to attract yuri market
Insert hetro manga here and switch the gender of one of them, and it doesn't make a difference to the story at all. it's just straight to attract the straight market.
it just makes it queerer.
I suspect that's what you have a problem with anyway.

Why it's always middle or high school? Why can't it be university? 😔 I already know how this is gonna go, so I'm not going to read it, but I wish she was, at the very least, 18/19 instead of 13/14.
honestly. I don't disagree.
all these people come out of the walls when girls kiss each other, but never when you have little kids in romance or the so called legal characters.
maybe I'll check a later chapter to see if the mc gets aged up
nope.

Haha oh no Riri for sure remembers and is now like you neglected me now I have to play hard to get and make you work for it… not to mention even more challenges this time.:wooow:
It will be interesting to see how this play out with Ooma‘s seeming tendency to play out the roles that she was given.
I absolutely died when I saw the adaptability Lv. 100

Aside

I’m personally usually not one to enjoy the gender-swap GL where a straight guy turns into girl so it’s only kind of yuri because it’s just a straight guy in a girls body and they mention still being a dude on the inside all the time, for me yuri is supposed to be about the feelings between to girls as much as it is about two girls. Anyways, all this to say that based on how they are doing it so far this could be a good way to handle it, It is neat to see whenever Ooma uses masculine or feminine meaning. I have high hopes for this going well but I personally would find it sad or a missed opportunity if they completely skipped over the fact that she’s a girl and the fact that we have a JK girl and OL type situation to go for something like “I will love you even IF you are a girl” since we have two people from a previous life. Definitely cute way of being like I will love you whatever form you take and it doesn’t matter, which has it’s own appeal but I tend to stick to pure unadulterated yuri where I can.

I guess the biggest question is: is this just a gender-bender romance manga or is it really yuri and it matters to the story and plot that they are both girls rather than just adding a societal challenge and difference? :thonk:

Sorry for the rambling
