The only reason nobody at the Yin-Yang sect has realised that is because only their own, carefully selected disciples normally enter. They would have been briefed on the small world to some extent, plus they would have, naturally, quite a bit respect toward their own sect's treasure and they would keep imagining what the elders of the sect would think of their actions. Yang Kai, however, is greedy and always pretending he doesn't understand subtle hints or common sense. Not to mention even with his own life he never plans ahead or have backup plans, so why would he care about damaging other sects' restricted areas?
