While it's definitely fine as a laid back read on a 'do-nothing' day, I find the lack of any sort of resolution for the romance, which is the main thrust of the series, to be pretty disappointing and leaving the entire thing kind of lacking.
Perhaps, if the author didn't want to have anything conclusive with the romance, they should have focused more heavily on how the MC grades her life, and had her have the 'best evaluated day ever' - the last chapter almost did that, but focused more so on the kids, and it fell a bit flat.
