Guild Rule #154- New and returning wifus cannot reenter harem party until dramatic moment if there are already 3 spots taken. Spots are taken as soon as dibs are called.
They have been following them for WEEKS, waiting for a properly dramatic moment to join.
Bet they were sitting in bushes just a few meters away from Lilian, being equally annoyed that there was no opening.

You must have missed the part where the elves arrested him (page 9).
Bet that wont stop him from escaping and doing something stupid and dangerous later.

The monsters are polite and only come to the front door leaving the back door safe to evacuate through?

About time they caught up. So, what are the chances that they have been on their heels this whole time or this is a coincidence and they just happened to come to the battle to help out because they noticed the monster wave?

I understand this is a pivotal moment for them to show up, but WHAT TOOK THEM SO LONG!\(°o°)/
We've already run into that trashbag twice since the disband and they only find him mid battle?!
they probably waited a critical situation to join naturaly too, like that hero lillian tried to do, after all they somehow had the mc hair to track him

I just realized how op their party is.

Two Frontliners, one being a magic Swordsman.

Two offensive backliners both being op mages.

A saintess with insane buffs and healing as well as some offensive capabilities (insane compared to most people but less than the offensive backliners of this party)

And a support who provides infinite MP to the party

The “I'm just a mere X” is honestly one of the most annoying tropes in manga.
I can't tell if this is supposed to be funny or make the protagonist seem humble, but it's only annoying. Excessive humility comes off as arrogance instead, and this is a prime example of that. Additionally, only a complete fucking cretin would think that he's a regular mana porter.

Yeah, if this was a western story, especally with an English MC I'd assume it was sarcasm as the role is looked down on.
In a Manga? I'm not so sure.

Thanks for the translation bro, I always appreciate your work! 😎

That being said, this is probably going to sound awful but… does anyone actually feel any tension in these types of manga? Maybe I’ve just read too much manga at this point, but it’s all starting to blur together really bad now. “How are we going to fight these hordes of enemies?!?!” “Oh no! There was a dragon on this floor??? I thought this was a peaceful beginner dungeon???” Reading the same overpowered protagonist tropes, harem crap, the whole “I was actually the backbone of our group the whole time” hook, it’s just all happening over and over again. I feel like Barbosa eating the apple in the first Pirates movie, it’s just turning to ash in my mouth. No flavor, no taste, no life. I’m probably being hard on this, but just seeing that the protagonist can suck the miasma out of the tree somehow just reminds me that this series will never really break out of the mold that it was created from. It just seems like his “powers” will suit whatever is needed for the plot, not allowing for creative solutions that have a logical A => B => C progression.

Reading what I wrote again, it just sounds like I’m burnt out lmao! But still, it sucks having to wade through the crap to find the good stuff. Then you find out that the good stuff gets axed in favor of stuff like this. Then you’re sad and try to find something new again. And then the cycle begins anew…

Dunno man, for me I'm just reading it without overthinking anything, people have different ways to enjoy reading and my way is one of them. It doesn't matter if it's full of cliche as long as it could entertain me.

Yes, it's one of the most cringeworthy thing in the history of manga, anime and novels.

Only a lobotomized retard would says something like this. Or the average, zero-self-confidence japanese hikikomori and chuuni neet, I guess...

And the dramatic entry of the other 2 ex-party members at the end was so... Were they waiting in the air, ready to pose?

If you think that this manga is satire, it works out!
Clearly the author is making fun of all the generic fantasy manga that try too hard, right? Right?

Regardless, I'm still reading it, if only to see to what depths it can fall XD

There are parts of this manga that are entertaining, but I would actually say seeing the “hero” screw up is the funniest part. I want the author to focus on his misadventures more. 😆

Yep I guess that’s why we stay in the game, right? 😂

Random thing here

The elves actually were trying to do something during the fight, which shouldn't be a big thing but like...the amount of times that mangas just forget about the fodder and only have main party ever even try do anything

"I don't understand." is the answer for this in the next chapter, in the best way possible.
