With how the story already implemented, they are not going that serious. While the onmyou's possition is still vague, eliminating the gods is barely an option because for an unknown reason they are living in mc's mind world and just chilling (not doing an effort to make them escape)

Well that's an option too to just coop them up in the mind world in case they reincarnate or some shit. For the purposes of the story, they're gone since they got no way to feasibly take control of Yuuki. For now.

I think Tenka final strike will be Bring Mc sister in. Because they could use saying there no proof they are human and the agency could hide these two info.
