The two ways that I see the story can ever use Bell again is:
a.) a strong enemy thoroughly destroys her and serves to display power scaling (disabling her powers/killing her might be complementary)
b.) Bell turns against the Mato Defense Force via brainwash or possession, setting her up as the greatest enemy to humanity that even Ren can't defeat easily (or at all)

If Bell actually goes after the Gods of Thunder herself then what's even the point? We'd know she'd wipe them all out unless the first option happens.
