Last we heard, she was planning to infiltrate the secret area of the Bureau, to investigate on the experiments going on the Human-Shuuki variants.

I feel that Tenka either got caught and brainwashed or replaced with a clone/doppelganger. Which is why Kyouka felt odd.

Guess the next plot would be helping Varvara with he reduction in power, before we focus on Tenka.

That's good to know. My tier list for QQ was Miku>Ichika>Nino>Yotsuba>=Itsuki.
I'm happy that Ichika and Tenka share similarities this way.
