MDList sort by last updated should use selected filter chapter languages

I.e. if my filter chapter languages field contains only English the last updated sort should not consider languages other than English when determining when a series was last updated.

My guy have you tried reading the planned features list? If you haven't then go do so if you have then go do it again.
