[MEGATHREAD] Requests for new languages

Please use this thread for new language requests, available languages will be listed on this post, reply to this thread with your language request.
Once a language request has been added, the list will be updated and the request message should be edited.
Please don't request languages for UI translations (it's unfeasible to add new UI languages at the moment).

Rules for requesting new languages:​

1. No fictional/made-up languages (Auxiliary and Engineered languages are allowed, but should conform to the other rules).
2. The requested language should have an ISO-639 code.
3. Include the flag the language should have.
4. The requested language should have at least 10 existing scanlations that are publicly available.
5. Existing scanlations for the language should be included in the request message.

• Flag of India or Pakistan won't work for this as it is used in both, So similar to Tamil, A custom made flag can be added, I was thinking, "ਪ/پ" be on the flag to represent both Shahmukhi and Gurmukhi used
