Please use this thread for new language requests, available languages will be listed on this post, reply to this thread with your language request.
Once a language request has been added, the list will be updated and the request message should be edited.
Please don't request languages for UI translations (it's unfeasible to add new UI languages at the moment).

Rules for requesting new languages:​

1. No fictional/made-up languages (Auxiliary and Engineered languages are allowed, but should conform to the other rules).
2. The requested language should have an ISO-639 code.
3. Include the flag the language should have.
4. The requested language should have at least 10 existing scanlations that are publicly available.
5. Existing scanlations for the language should be included in the request message.

Yes, I'm aware that they use 639-1 but can't exceptions be made, I remember a dev saying "[We/MangaDex] use 639-1; tho it's not necessarily impossible to add it, I guess" in a upload request channel that I do not have to access to now [Link (No access for me at least)], So maybe in the future it could be possible?
