He won't ever do that. Hes a Kazucuck that got lucky with a girl that would say yesI want Koga to cuss him out when he finds out about him. Thanks for the chapter!!!
He's most definitely the guy, but Koga said the name as part of a stream of consciousness so it may have not registered w/ ex or ex may have decided it's not worth mentioning. Like he's been consistently portrayed as conflict avoidant & that's part of why he drops relationships the moment they get hard.Wait he said her name and the dude didn't recognize it? Is he not actually the guy and we got jebaited?
It's entirely possible he recognised it. He's someone with the skills to manipulate people, and he's not too shy to put those skills to use. Like explained in this chapter, in his work he actually "manipulates" students to become more successful, since being successful not only depends on talent & effort but a person's attitude as well. But being a popular guy, he also uses his skills to form short relationships for sexual purposes, including girls he definitely shouldn't have touched. So, he's exactly the kind of person who wouldn't expose himself haphazardly by reacting to a familiar name, unless it suited his purposes.Wait he said her name and the dude didn't recognize it? Is he not actually the guy and we got jebaited?
Honestly? I don't think he even cares.oh no
I hope he doesn't do anything now that he knows he's meguro's new boyfriend
Wouldn't say "a thing now" as the gigaslutxloser genre took off some years ago and is still pretty big. This chapter released like 4+ish(?) months ago and the TL releases just happened to be close. Think this is just recency bias because of that.Is it just me or is the whole "couple meeting the sexually experienced gf's ex" becoming a trope or like a "thing" now? Sure, it's existed before, but just today we've had Keikenzumi, & now this manga is seeming like it's going to head in that direction as well, and I'm sure these aren't the only very recent examples of this plot device. Maybe it's just recency bias though.
Thanks for the translation, as always!!

At this point I think them meeting will happen with how much screentime Sensei got (even with how useless he was)
Eh, is just good teaching to meet students where they're at. He's also right about maintaining boundaries w/ students cause the goal is to let them go-he's a bad tutor cause he blurred boundaries by going after a student and he's got a trash view on relationships.Like explained in this chapter, in his work he actually "manipulates" students to become more successful, since being successful not only depends on talent & effort but a person's attitude as well.
