It's true, but to be fair, lately it's more like 12 episodes for this kind of stuff. That said, this cliche plot is so prevalent, it is getting pretty tiring.
And then it ends on a cliffhanger... Where the fuck is my second season? Why is [insert generic Anime here] getting season 69, while this masterpiece isn't? Y'all have no taste!
