Currently, he is viewed as a villain after the ghost child incident.

I think he's just the opposite of Miko - powerful, but lacks empathy for ghosts other than his shadow people. He's going to be quite the mentor for her.

It's interesting that the parasitic ghost decides to help Kaya fight other hauntings. Maybe it's a way to nurture itself until it becomes strong enough to be evil, or maybe it is done out of sincerity?

If that "in the side of people" is a translation for ningen or hito, then maybe Miko is a youkai or something.

That reminded me of Flying Witch, I think some characters that seemed human but were youkai descendants that basically lived like regular people.

Either way, I want Miko to take a more active rol.

ot sure if I should be letting @Cegarth know, if they want to incorporate any of this into the scanlation or TL notes ... Just noticed that this is a different scanlation group than the one who's been doing most of this series. Did Fairy Knight @blankaex abandon this project? I don't think I ever noticed any translation issues awkward enough for me to look at the raws before.

Maybe it was because he translated from the Portuguese version, which has a lot of mistakes (they don't know Japanese, so they used Google Translate). And I don’t think Fairy Knight abandoned the translation; if you look at their group, there were only two people, and they translate a lot of manga.

I think the problem is that Mieruko is too good at waking up spirits that could've gone another hundred years without bothering people. So he might potentially do something drastic to her.

Miko wakes up spirits? When did that happen?

Well he says hes on humans side alot and really the only bad things he does is he kills all ghosts even if they look nice?
I guess the only problem is guna be when they meet her dads ghost

Maybe he will go after Michiru first, then dad?

Ty for the translation, and for adding the "fixes" page. I'm always interested in the process and the nuance of language so it comes across nicely. Esp when going over the scenes with a enigmatic character where language would play a major role in how they come across.
