yep, i think he's trying to cleanse aya from very beginning but wasn't powerful enough to do so, i noticed he's standing infront of aya stall but does nothing atm not until julia tried to perform exorcism
Rom stone and mitsue bracelet prob weakened the ghost so he able to do it in the end
