Hmm idk why you guys saying like the MC is gonna hurt but aside from draining life force slowly, in contact with the ghost affects nothing to the person. Hell, even Miko had been attacked by a ghost with axe and it caused nothing physically harmful but trauma.

Yes, it ten thousand scarier if you can see something attack you clearly (moreover with horrid appearance like the ghosts here), but we're still not sure if they can cause any physical injuries to human.

There's multiple kids in all of the shots. She gives herself away when she waves to the one kid that's waving directly at her. There's really no way for her to know it's not a real kid if it's going to disguise itself like that.

Pretty sure they cannot physically do anything to her. I don't think we've seen any examples of one of them trying to touch Miko and going through her like they do for other people, but correct me if I'm wrong. However if she is found out and is defenseless, I'm worried they could potentially further mess with her mind if they stay inside her, or constantly swarm her.

That's a really sneaky one. If you look at the mom's pants, you can see they are wearing diferent pants, so the first kid with a ballon was a real kid.
