Feels like she talks before she thinks. I'm actually surprised she didn't learn to curb it before entering adult life.

I did and know a few people to have problems like this but all of them manage to snap out of it in public and work settings.

Still slip up when I get over excited or talking among close friends

ADHD is a developmental disorder but I understand what you mean what Mii chan probably has is some unspecified intellectual disability

She was previously an Office Lady. We may find out that she was either fired or forced out because of something she said.
