They must've but author chickened out on outright stating it.Did they not fugg?
Evidence is Mii-chan calling it cheating at him sniffing their pet cat. Theres no way he wouldve gotten another girl, specially with her still being his pet

She literally isn't.Mii-chan still a cat,
It looks like they walked back on the urgency of that given what Mio's brother said about there being a lag/transition after turning 18yo until they are permanently stuck as cats. There's a panel in this chapter that takes place on her 18th birthday where she's naked and staring out the window, presumably after she turned human again at sunrise, but before she has actually done the deed. And then there's the last two pages of the volume posted above that seem to take place in some future timeline where she's human, still living with Iori, and have a cat they adopted together, so come to your own conclusions with that.I'm confused. Did they do it or not? It's not important in the sense that I want to see it, but I remember them saying, or at least implying, that she needed to sleep with him before turning 18 or risk staying a cat forever.
The implications of that detail are unpleasant in a series like this, especially with Iori being an adult and Mi-chan being a minor in human years, so I can see why they dropped it. But it leaves a gaping plot hole in its place.
Gotcha, I just saw your above screenshots. I will choose to believe they did do the deed, but just off-screen, while including subtle hints in the final chapter to show the author didn't entirely forget about it.It looks like they walked back on the urgency of that given what Mio's brother said about there being a lag/transition after turning 18yo until they are permanently stuck as cats. I forgot about one....If I got a nickel for every manga I've read where the (warning spoilers ahead for the sauce below) FMC was named Mii-chan - could turn into a cat - had an MC that was obsessed with cats - and when they get together they end up adopting a cat, I'd have two nickels, which isn't a lot, but it's weird it's happened twice. This was fine and inoffensive with the most expected ending
obligatory sauce:
Neko no te Datte Yaku ni Tatsu
If you say so......Peak
Seems they did it on her birthday, at least. They must've but author chickened out on outright stating it.

they are currently making another age gap series but this time with a gyaruThank you for the translation! Too bad the series was rushed. The concept was interesting and I enjoy the art. Hopefully the author continues to make series in the future.
