My guy, you've got that backwards, men often don't work at therapy. Usually when a man goes to therapy, it's because someone forced them. If you go to therapy wanting to improve, and be willing to change therapists until you find one that clicks with you, therapy will help. You might not get "fixed" but you should be able to manage better. Mental illness is like a war, sometimes you have to pick your battles, you've always got to fight your hardest, and allies are nearly always helpful.
