It seems odd to have the strength and skills you earn in the dungeon as well as being born with to not work outside the dungeons in this world. It kinda makes sense in worlds were dungeons suddenly appear after civilization is already established and the threats of dungeons are only inside them. As long as monsters are only in dungeons in this world it would only be a little odd, but if they start appearing outside that is just unfair.
