Kinda odd to stop there, right when it got back to its proper roots. The "battle arc" with the cult was a shitshow that should've never happened, or at least not within a 100 chapters. It's at its proper place right now, by using fantastical financial solutions, but I guess it's just as easy for the author to loop back to using misfit tropes. I wouldn't be surprised if chapter 31 featured a kidnapped mother.
