My guess is, the dramatic conclusion of the manga will be a reset, but the Power of Love™ will cause them to magically remember their love for each other and time spent together. That's at least the 90s-00s formula for how a romance overcomes memory loss.

The translator didn't mention it but there's more to Hareta's "prettier than any flowers" comment than just the reference to fireworks: all of the main heroines have names that reference a type of flower (Sakurai - Cherry Blossom, Fujimiya - Wisteria, Yamabuki - Kerria), so Hareta isn't just calling Misaki pretty, he's saying he's prettier than any of the main heroines. Genuinely kinda peak writing, like a double pun or something.

Wow that's a terrifying thought. I could totally see that he's lived through multiple loops trying to get to Misaki but failing every time. How many years must that have been?
