@Kefkabot It's a cafe. Apparently sometimes the real maid cafes have barred foreigners from entering, but I reckon it might be due to the language barrier (many Japanese, even younger ones, can't speak English) and because they are afraid hairy barbarians can't behave appropriately. I don't know why they would prevent kids from entering. I don't believe those places serve alcohol (an alcohol serving club employing high schoolers would be quite fancy). However, you might be correct and I just don't know what I'm talking about.
