My interpretation is that Shizuka implied that she could brainwash Hajime like Mohawks, with the process beginning by riding him until his mind gives up. Given the amount of Mohawks around it would have terrifying implications.

Shizuka cherishes her relationship with Yuuka as it might the closest to "normal" she has ever experienced. Thus, she dreads the idea of making Yukka hate her.

In the previous chapter featuring Shizuka it was implied no one was willing to play with her when she was younger due to how overwhelming her skill in everything was.

However, after crushing Hajime in video game he instead wanted to play more games with her. This earned him some sympathy from Shizuka. In the first place she has approached him due to being in a... situationship (???) with Yukka. I supposed she wanted to evaluate him.
