There is slang, there are cultural reference, and there is a lot of that's implied rather than said openly. For example, Shizuka implied she could brainwash Hajime (probably like the Mohawks), if she had sex with him. Now, can you imagine why a lot of high school delinquent boys would willingly follow her somewhere, like it's explained in the story? Before they were "corrected" into Mohawks.

Yes I get the gist of it. It was more of an exaggeration on my part. But yes the manga is really confusing, the fact that it's not updated as often doesn't help that either.

I'm not bashing on it though. It's confusing in a enjoyable(?) way lol.
