Being into anime for over a decade has given me a tolerance for do nothing MCs but this dude is really, really do nothing. You can get angry, my man. It's fine. Still not gonna drop because Miyu is cute and interesting, but man I just wanna see Yuushin lose all of his temper.

For once his pacifism is actually treated like a terrible thing that he accidentally internalized from Miyu (real)'s behaviour though. I do hope the author does something with it considering how many times it's been brought up as the thing that'll doom him.

And since Fake!Miyu doesn't remember being close to Hongo i guess this debunks the theory she's the real Miyu.

Kroger brand Miyu brings up an interesting point about helping others at their lowest. As manipulative as it is, she actively improved the bully's life versus the MC's passive kindness. Is he actually kind if he doesn't take time to check up on people he supposedly wants to help? He just lets people walk all over him and comes to resent them, as seen by his reluctance to accept his bully's apology and backing out from listening to the cheater's worries. It's realistic, but damn if it makes him such a massive hypocrite.

My assumption is she’s grown fond of him despite herself. That or she see’s Miyu in him

Going by her own words this "might" be correct. He shares many of her habits because he actually copied those of her. Ironically enough Offbrandt Miyu is trying to make him drop that and be more honest. The question why she is bothering with it is a valid one I think and might be important later.

That brief flashback in the second panel of page 11 as fake Miyu explains how fickle humans are, I'm going to guess that was how she met the real Miyu.

for now it is kind of obvious that the one who killed her either liked her in the past or liked someone that liked her, but seeing how crazy this story is getting i guess that it will be very random

While I can’t say for certain, I think she’s gradually developing feelings for Yuushin (Think back to when she started pouting in ch.9 while Yuu was texting Koharu.) Whether this is because he reminds her of Miyu, stories that Miyu had shared with her (A sort of Prince Charming scenario,) or instead because he’s treated her with quite the fair degree of respect. I figure if she has already, she’s too emotionally stunted to properly realize it for herself, considering all but certain she had an extremely abusive childhood, and adding on to that, having her one anchor of normalcy ripped away from her.
Perhaps we’ll see her eventually start to let go of her pain and anger, keeping up the theme of acceptance with the assistance of Yuushin, but that is yet to be seen.
Regardless of any romantic attraction she may have, I think it’s pretty well certain that she at the very least cares for Yuushin, and doesn’t want him to suffer the same fate as Miyu.

Yeah I also noticed this detail and I think it's kinda out of character for her and way different from the crafty Miyu we've seen a few chapters back. It's like she's not even trying to hide from Murai that she's using him. What's got her impatient I wonder?
