Can someone help me remember what anime.... I LITERALLY JUST REMEMBERED. It's Emilia from Re:Zero in the second season (spoilers ahead) when she has to do the trial and Subaru promised to be with her during the night, but he leaves (and she only realises later why he did so). Ugh, this shit is tugging so hard at my heart strings; I'll have to rewatch Re:Zero again.
