I imagine it depends on the feather, it's not uncommon in RPGs for special feathers on their own to be an accessory, and they did mention that a platinum feather on its own is incredibly special when he first decided to make that his gift, so I imagine it's much more than a pretty feather that happens to be hard to find 🤔
