@Sternberg from what a know fan-made translations are permitted, is just can't outright copy the official.

The guy that was uploading the chapters didn't upload anything for more than 10 months.

The series is officially translated up to volume 4 by Seven Seas Entertainment, and as such I don't expect people to scanlate it as they would have to catch up with the official release.
Sidenote: On Seven Seas' website for this it states that

Ok after seeing like 2 GL series, I can officially say that this author doesn't know how to do GL at alllllllllllll, everything he makes that has GL tags on it sure there's hints and sometimes sexual stuff between women but its all a sham there's no romance at alllllllllllllllll ,its fucking ridiculous, but I guess I can't be surprised since his main shit is straight couples especially shota x big tits all in all feelsbadman because I truly would have loved to see actual GL from this author but alas rip
