Honestly, this chapter feels like Okayado finally unclogged the creative pipes a little. Looking back on it, the past twenty chapters or so were all multi-chapter arcs with way too many side characters. Those must've been exhausting.

Honestly, this chapter feels like Okayado finally unclogged the creative pipes a little. Looking back on it, the past twenty chapters or so were all multi-chapter arcs with way too many side characters. Those must've been exhausting.

That's really been my main issue with Monmusme. When you combine the extremely infrequent updates from the author along with the fact that the past several arcs just kept giving focus on pairing up every side and non-focal character under the sun while giving the main group scraps and no kind of actual development whats so ever, it basically ruinied the series.
