Still this is drama for the sake of drama with the MC acting like a tragic fairy tale princess despite her upbringing and the situation shes in that should made her more down to earth
One thing is to keep your heart despite being a prostitute and being abused by your family and another behaving like an innocent schoolgirl, I mean come on she doesnt have to act like an slut but her behaviour makes her looks more of a gold digger than a Cinderella, playing nice and innocent to seduce and get the rich husband material which she ironically manages to get according to the very start of the story
The author seems unable to convey her personality properly and this university "arc" is being almost sickening due to how bad shes depicted.
I have to agree with you there.
Like...what the hell happened? How is this the same Honoka from, like, 15-20 chapters ago? Since then it feels like Honoka is constantly making bad decisions that almost defy common sense itself. And you make an excellent point: a lot of her behavior in this arc seems to be at odds with what her behavior should realistically be given her upbringing.
This is so baffling. And the only reason this is happening is because fucking Kakeru got introduced into the equation, and I can't bring myself to like him either.
Damn it really is just all down hill from here, huh?
