It's especially strange because they drew the legs properly in every panel after that, except for a weird bend in the hind legs on page 14's last panel. So they clearly figured out how the legs work, but only sometimes??Page 2 first panel. Dear artist, did you forget how wolf legs bend? Because both sets of legs are moving in two separate directions and not in the way they're supposed to. If it's moving to the left then the back legs are curved improperly, in fact the one closest to the camera is actually broken. If it's moving to the right then I have to ask what kind of gymnastics this dog woman learned to bend her knees backwards.
My only reasonable assumption without stating the obvious "Artist-san go back to animal anatomy studies" is that it's MAYBE supposed to show the wolf moving in two different directions as a kind of speed blitz and it's just poorly conveyed.
Same, this is the point where I stopped on the WN.Well time to start reading this again on NovelUpdates can't remember past this point
I think it has to be something behind the scenes. It's weird that this got past the editors, so either they were in a total rush and the artist flubbed at the last minute or the oversight at publisher simply failed to see this. It's especially strange because they drew the legs properly in every panel after that, except for a weird bend in the hind legs on page 14's last panel.
