It appeared like that even when he first summoned it + the other demon who openly mocked it didn't say anything so I don't think it's a disguise.

Orcs in this universe don't look like Dragon Quest-style pigmen orcs yet they still oink. 
I don't know what's the deal with the random orc and Aix saving the town, was this an attempt to make him look better after that side story that made him look like an idiot? NGL him abandoning his master after everything she did for him has soured me on his character.
