maybe it's the humidity? or they're just sensitive to heat (despite there being a stereotype of girls wearing mini skirts in winter), or theyre just not having access to like water bottles or so but other than the male uniforms i imagine the girls uniforms wouldn't be too stuffy

i don't know how much of a budget JP schools get for aircon use but i feel like even during the fall the rooms were kept pretty chilly, if only to prevent girls from wearing tank tops/spaghetti straps and short skirts lol
