I don't think many people will dislike the premise, but the setup for this manga is pretty sloppy.

The dialogue is so fucking stiff that you can use it as a blunt weapon. The premise is neat enough, but I just can't handle these frigid conversations, and it's very likely this isn't something that will be improved anytime soon if at all. I would recommend "Welcome to Japan, Elf-san" and "Orenchi ni Kita Onna Kishi to Inakagurashi Surukotoninatta Ken" instead, the latter doesn't have a elf heroine, but it's far more emotional and mature compared to this.

This is surprisingly cute. Not nearly as good as Welcome to Japan, Miss Elf. However, it seems like this is gonna be a light comfy ecchi.
