Thanks that kinda made me less sad about it lol

Still, this was a heavy axe indeed, no mercy to no one involved :aquadrink:

I'm a little depressed, I enjoyed reading this every month. Ending is a huge letdown too, no closure to who he ends up with or if that girl will ever go back to her world. I guess he ends up with both of them? What was even the point of that dream chapter and meeting that goddess?

Axed? That is some baby-back bullshit.

I love this series, and when I read the oneshot, my first thought was "I want this to be a series".

Sometimes, the Axe is like an execution: it is a slow, somber affair, but one we all know is coming, and can prepare for. Other times, it is a psychopath breaking into our home in the middle of the night, and brutally slaughtering us while we wake up, confused and scared.

It was definitely one of the mangas that was ever published, much ink consumed, much tree pulp sacrificed to bring it to fruition, and it was definitely one of them.

So, eh, back to Osananajimi wo Erabenai, then?

This manga is casually come with good concepts, drop quite a banger, get axed, and just peace off. Quite a bummer tho...

The initial premise was really really good but the author wasted a lot of time in the second volume just spinning wheels. Nothing happened. No wonder it got the axe.

This felt like a mercy killing, ya know. Author just kinda meandered with this after a certain point, hard carried by the premise because maybe something interesting would happen later on
