This is second hand info I got from people talking about the novel

basically with the exception of the tsundere sister, everyone related to MC trial will get fucked, the lady he tried to save and got framed in the process is sold by the cop as a sex slave, meet MC again almost dead, and basically only have time to apologize for not believing him before passing, the saint will discover that her subordinate was stealing the money she sent to MC, but the hero will blackmail her into keeping her mouth shut since she made a false statement in the trial, and she accepts it(I think that is dumb since she didn't knew the money was stolen during the trial), I don't remember how but the hero and the cop gets exposed, so the cop gets death penalty, hero gets forced into battlefield with a immortality curse or something, so he just keeps dying in battle, and the saint is exiled to a monastery or something like that(also the hero may or may not have R worded her, I don't know)

for the last part the hero at first doesnt rape her its consensual. but after she found out about everyone lying about the MC and framing him she felt super depressed and thats when the hero rapes her. also the hero gets exposed because the king and the queen of the kingdom find out that the person who maintains the royal clocks was the person MC and they then vouch for him. the novel is pretty stupid NGL but i am looking very forward to the revenge being drawn. i just wanna see up to the revenge part then i am out

So, there’s no revenge, salvation, or modifying events to suit his narrative and objectives, at least! Such poor writing leaves me questioning the purpose of a story that forces us readers to suffer through this chaos.

Yup, I hope the manga change some stuff since I also didn't like the fates of some characters, the lady for exemple, a cop, a Hero and the saint accused someone of doing something and bring evidence(forged), is not that unreasonable for her to believe in it, and well, I already said what happens to her, if they go 1:1 I think I probably will drop at some point.

Maybe it's my poor reading comprehension, but can anyone tell what his powers actually are? The explanations make it seem like it's related to anything that can be called a clock, but how are these items healing him and making him stronger?

If it's a clock, he can make it. If he wants, he can take parts of the clock out and use individual features. So an Hourglass be used to create a Sand Bullet, or a Sundial can create light, or a water clock can be used to create a bath. At the same time, he can sense and detect these components.

Essentially, he'll throw clocks at everything and then claim any piece or compenent or even a key feature (sundials don't create light, they use it) as if its free real estate.

It's so damn dumb.

Geez, i hate it when author taking a concept so loosely like this. Why not just make him time mage or something but with very difficult requirements to do first time level up.

Why? Why not just give him time manipulation powers. You already dropped lore that the world was partially built by a clock or that some divine time keeping device was made with the creation of everything. And while I would also be mad when the author makes way too many over powered affects with that instead of taking their time to hammer out the power properly-it would at least be more fitting.
