You mean how do the people at the Royal Capital know about this? I guess they could have received reports about it or something.

Not that that matters though, cause they only said they "managed to free the town of Reizel", but they only "left the city of the sword to head to the magic academy". Nothing about fighting demons or defeating vampires at either place, just visited.

I mean, it's academy of black i.e. the weirdos.

Since everyone was under the influence of the vampire lord, they were only subconsciously aware of the battle. But once the vampire's influence was erased, people could then respond to the explosions and combat as they normally would.
