Whereas, the red-hair actually went out in the world for 5 years, gaining real experience.

Now we just have the overpowered harem MC with no equal dynamic again.

@Nicromatic pretty sure he still cant beat his mom or dad. He cant even imitate Rainas superhuman strength technique, so he'll always be handicapped in skills he doesnt have. His advantage are that all his skills are based on a foundation of hard work and he has a wide variety compared to people who are locked in a class.
His mom is one of the worlds best swordsmen so she IS one of thr best teachers considering he only has the see the skill to try to imitate it, just like double cut. Everyone with a class is handicapped compared to him because skills cut off the learning process and make it hard to grow the foundations. It's like how right handed people dont learn to eat with their left. When the shortcut is there, it's much harder to ignore it.
Arel was forced to have no skills and learned skill by imitation for 5 years. Even then he still loses in physical strength to Raina, but to expect him to lose in variety of skills and innovative applications is a little much.

@Joelasdasd hmm, I prefer him learning magic too, like a jack of all trades master of none. Otherwise, I can't see him being much better than a slightly better version of his mom. I want to have a lot of skills from all classes and his power is how he synergizes them. If not, it's fine too. I'm mostly here to see OP mc and harem, I don't really care how it works out.

Thought the same: make him loose as a swordsman and then reach a draw when he mix in some of his father skill. He's weaker than most advanced classes, but can keep up by learning from all of them and making up nice combo.
