Soul > Heart. Steel > Iron. Soul of Steel wins.
Long answer: Hearts of Iron is a good track, full of heroic and military vibe. Sounds like something I heard from a Medal of Honor game. Would be a good match up against SOCOM, but I'd still prefer the much more fast-paced style of SOCOM. Soul of Steel is more blood-pumping and encouraging, and has a heroic feel to it, too. I find my soul more captivated by Soul of Steel. It inspires me to steel my soul. Therefore, it has my soul. And my vote.

Yeah... I'm not feeling anything entertaining from Riding the Wind. Easy vote for Gensokyo. Catchy, exciting, and memorable.

Doom Eternal - The Only Thing They Fear Is You VS The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker - Staff Credits
Not feeling anything for Wind Waker, either. Nice and peaceful, not bad, but that's it. This Doom track is not my most favorite, but still wins easily.

Halo 2 - Genesong VS GRANBLUE FANTASY - STELLA MAGNA
The great vocal really helps Stella Magna here, and the whole track is also more memorable to me. Genesong is a good track, but whatever it does, Stella Magna does even better.
