First song is not bad, but it's also nothing memorable to me. Certainly not good enough to beat Death Note. Still one of my most favorite songs in anime! XP

Blood Blockade Battlefront ED - Sugar Song to Bitter Step vs. Maria†Holic ED - Kimi ni, Mune Kyun

Sugar Song is a decent ending song, but Kimi Ni is better in everyway, from song, lyrics, singing, to animation, キュン!

Asobi Asobase ED - Inkya Impulse vs. Hunter x Hunter (2011) ED5 - Hyori Ittai

So this is what a trip on LSD looks and feels like... I'm not really impressed with either one of these, honestly. But I guess the vote should go to Hyori Ittai.

WataMote ED1 - Dou Kangaete mo Watashi wa Warukunai vs. Shaman King ED2 - Omokage

I like how Watamote has very unique opening and ending sequence. They feel very relevant to the anime, instead of just showing some pictures of the main characters. Everything we see on Tomoko's phones is a part of her life routine, the situation she gets into, the awkwardness of her character, and her thoughts. Shaman is a decent ending, but it's not good enough to win. Come to think of it, all the other Shaman entries were knocked out in the first round, too, were they...? X3

Golden Kamuy ED - Hibana vs. KonoSuba: God's Blessing on This Wonderful World! ED - Chiisana Boukensha

Man, this was a tough match. Hibana is more exciting, while Konosuba is more on the calm and relaxing side. Hibana is slightly better, song-wise, and Konosuba's animation is more entertaining to see. Ultimately,

Aqua-sama wins!

Blue Seed ED1 - Touch and Go vs. Dragon Ball Super ED5 - Yoka-Yoka Dance

I kind of like the nostalgic and melancholic feeling that Blue Seed has. But Yoka Dance is probably the best ending song DB ever had, and it's a blast to listen to, so it rightfully has my vote! The world being destroyed? The heroes are losing? Just do the Yoka Yoka Dance! =w=

Dororo ED1 - Sayonara Gokko vs. Bakemonogatari ED - Kimi no Shiranai Monogatari

Animation-wise, nothing special about either one. I've been listening to Shiranai (watch the full MV) before I even knew what Bakemonogatari is, and it has remained as one of my favorites. It deserves the vote.
