Sure its great for worldbuilding, but I'm not gonna remember all of these political infodumps. Should have paced it differently, if I can named title which done this right its Highserk Senki.
Yeah there's a lot of information here, and I actually had to go back and read previous chapters multiple times to remember which division belonged to which country, and who saved who, and whatnot.
TLDR: Duchess Ritreille is setting Duke Zichtberg up for failure by suggesting he be put in charge of a war that he will probably lose (this is what our MC/tiny Colonel speculate at least).
This is probably my favourite part of the story so far. So many isekai have the MC fitting in more or less perfectly and it's mostly handwaved away. Having the MC's reincarnation being recognized by the characters in the story is refreshing, and I'm willing to bet that in later chapters the religious dynamics of the world is going to serve as more than just an easy justification for the conflicts between the nations. I'm willing to bet that since Schweidel is "Peaceful Rest" sect, and they fight against the Resurrection sect, that is going to cause some... problems.
Now, now, Colonel… don't get jealous just because Hannah is way more attractive than you. This is a Japanese manga after all, so looking like a elementary school girl means you're the favorite to win.

Ive looked at that little chart in chapter 2 again. It seems the manga found it's inspiration in Austria (at least the part of today's Austria without the territory they aqcuired in Eastern Europe during the times of the Double Monarchy:
Mildor and Zichtberg are a deformed version of Arlberg and Tyrol
Schweidel is Styria flung together with Salzburg and Carinthia
Ritreille is Upper Austria (Oberösterreich)
Lower Austria (niederösterreich) and Vienna are on Medlin ground
The situation is of course not a direct copy but the Austro-Hungarian Empire was really hampered by the fact that it encompassed so many different countries in one empire. Which translates to the different families either trying to curry favor of the Empire or try to outmanoeuver each other
